Alexandra also works independently with professional clients who are looking to achieve personal or professional development, navigate career transitions or meet specific lifestyle or career goals.

Professional Background

Alexandra trained as a solicitor in the UK with SJ Berwin LLP. Having completed her training contract in 2007, she moved with a group of the private equity team to help build a world-leading funds practice at US firm Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Alexandra made partner at Kirkland & Ellis in 2013 at the age of 33. She then joined the leading funds team of US firm - Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP in the summer of 2015.

While Alexandra specialised in complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions during her time in the legal industry, she was also heavily involved in the recruitment, training and mentoring of associates. This interest lead to her appointment as Trainee Supervising Partner at Fried Frank, responsible for recruitment of the firm's UK legal graduates and organisation of their training and qualification programme.

Alexandra's passion for the development of talent and her experience in the value that coaching can add to the productivity, well-being and success of individuals, inspired her to set-up her own coaching business in 2017.
