My programmes are designed to fill that gap. They provide associates with the practical skills, insight and personal support that they need to perform at their best, manage their wellbeing and achieve career longevity. 


Trainee Programme

Standard* Programme includes:

Group Induction Session

A half-day workshop addressing role and responsibilities of a trainee, first impressions, survival tips and Q&A

Group Workshops

  • Time Management and Prioritisation
  • Managing Stress and Wellbeing
  • Navigating Seat Transitions
  • Building Brand and Network

One-on-one Coaching

Individual sessions following each mid and end-seat internal review, to explore feedback, address personal challenges and set performance goals for next 3-month period.

* Programme will be tailored as necessary to meet the needs of the firm and/or fit within an existing learning and development framework.  

Female Talent

Targeted at female associates PQE 3-6yrs.

Individual Coaching

A 4-month programme of individual coaching sessions. Focus on increasing performance and prospects for partnership. Programme starts and concludes with a 45-minute stakeholder meeting to discuss shared objectives and future areas of growth.

Stress Management

Targeted at NQ - 6yr PQE associates.

Individual Coaching

One-off individual sessions to be offered to associates participating in group workshops above. Sessions to focus on identifying personal triggers for stress and actionable strategies to improve wellbeing and increase performance. 

Ongoing Bespoke Support

Associates are provided with direct access to me to arrange 20-minute laser-sessions as needed on short notice. The sessions focus on any immediate concerns, queries or work challenges that associates are facing and would like to discuss on a confidential basis.
